Opening

The advent of increasingly sophisticated language models (LMs) and generative artificial intelligence has fundamentally transformed content creation processes, raising profound questions about authorship and attribution. As AI systems have gained the capacity to produce high-quality text, images, music, and other creative works, the traditional boundaries between human and machine-generated content have become increasingly blurred [38]. This technological evolution challenges longstanding assumptions about originality and intellectual creation that have historically been linked exclusively to human intellect. The ability of large language models (LLMs) to generate credible and sophisticated content has highlighted numerous ethical challenges.
